Emirates NBD, the leading Banking Group in the MENAT region, was formed on 19 June 1963, when H.H. Late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum signed the Charter of Incorporation of the National Bank of Dubai (NBD) which became the first National Bank established in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Job Description:
• Sell and
cross sell bank products and services to customers to achieve business targets
• Establish
and develop relationships with branch clients to introduce the bank’s services
to ensure satisfying the customer’s needs and to prepare calls for potential
and existing clients aligning with the bank policies and standards
• Handle and
resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Solicit new
to bank and new to product leads
• Retain
existing customers through focused relationship management activities
• Provide
advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs
• Resolve
customer queries
Qualifications:
• Fresh Graduates starting from Class2020 to 2023 (Holding a Bachelor degree with minimum grade “Good”)
• Excellent
communication skills
• Advanced
command of English Language (written & spoken)
• Good
computer skills
