    Arab African International Bank is hiring Tellers & Customer Service in Retail Banking!
    Job Purpose: Deliver high quality service to customers through providing cash banking services and delivering high quality service to customers through executing clients' requests and providing assigned banking services.Handle customer requests for cheque collections, Draft cheques issuance.Process cash transactions after verifying signatures, dates, numerical amounts, account funds & ID checks.Handling internal transfers, whether within same account or to other accounts.Process all documents related to cash activities promptly and accurately to ensure customer’s satisfaction using different bank systems and keep them updated accordingly.Perform end of day reconciliations accurately and on time to ensure maximum control on cash balance.Skills:Very good command of English & Arabic LanguageExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of all bank’s related products & servicesGood solution oriented & client focusedProven analytics skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management 

    Job Description:


    Cash Transactions

    1- Handle all Teller function accountabilities when assigned as a Teller.

    2- Process customers’ OTC (Over the counter) transactions; support Customer Service in sales through customers referrals and support branch sales through universal teller proactive outreach.


    Operations

    3- Handle all Operations Coordinator function accountabilities when assigned as an Operations Coordinator.

    4- Service complex customer walk-in transactions (e.g. transfers, cheques) and support Customer Service in sales through referrals.


    Floor Management

    5- Handle all Floor Manager & Quick Service Officer functions accountabilities when assigned as a Floor Manager or Quick Service Officer.

    6- Meet & greet customers and guide them to the right staff; help with missing documents and ensure seamless experience; Educate customers with ATM functionalities and services and support with online sign-ups utilizing demo account.

    7- Process simple customer transactions under 2 mins (e.g. debit card issuance request, cheque deposits, statement and letter issuance).


    Customer Relationship Management:

    8- Handle all Customer Relationship Officer accountabilities when assigned.

    9- Own and handle customer queries by taking ownership and responding in a timely manner.

    10- Answer questions about account types and banking products and services, such as money market accounts, exchange rates, loans, and credit cards.

    11- Open all types of accounts (current, savings, time deposit, saving certificates).


    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
    • From 0 – 3 years of retail banking experience.
