Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller position at Cairo Exchange located in Cairo, Egypt. The candidate will be responsible for daily transactions, providing excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. The Teller will also be expected to work closely with the other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement while providing high-quality service.

Qualifications: A bachelor degree or equivalent is a must. 0-2 years of experience in currency exchange. Prior experience in customer service and handling transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus Ability to manage high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment An eye for detail and high levels of accuracy basic computer and mathematical skills.
