We are seeking for a Bancassurance Financial Advisor, who will be responsible for offering insurance products to bank clients, advising them on the best financial and insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Also role will focus on building long-lasting relationships, ensuring clients’ financial protection, and meeting sales targets in line with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recommend and sell insurance products (life insurance) to bank clients based on their needs and financial goals.
- Contacting people whether through walk-ins/ referrals/ data mining or other methods.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for each customer to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance before recommending suitable insurance products.
- Guide clients in selecting insurance policies that align with their financial objectives, such as retirement planning, wealth protection, or family security
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their insurance needs, address any changes in their financial situation, and recommend policy adjustments as necessary.
- Responsible for offering products solutions on insurance and financial needs to the branches customers to ensure achieving individual, company’s vision and target.
- Keep the Branch Manager updated on a daily basis regarding your activities, including referrals, sales performance, client meetings, and follow-up status.
- Assist clients in understanding the benefits of financial products, including the importance of life insurance.
- Stay informed about updates to laws and regulations that affect the financial and insurance sectors, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
-Proactively manage and renew existing client policies to ensure they continue to benefit from appropriate coverage as their life circumstances change.
- Ensure that customers meet all documentation requirements, take any necessary medical exams and submit all required documents to operations in a timely manner
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for insurance products, including both new sales and cross selling.
Job Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
. 0-2 years of experience in the insurance field.
