About the Role: Customer Care Advisor at Vodafone Egypt
- Location: Cairo - Zahraa El Maadi
- Job Type: Full-time, Vodafone staff from day one
- Account: Consumer, Corporate, or Internet/Technical Support Call Center
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Vodafone customers. Your mission is to solve problems, build relationships, and deliver the best customer experience in Egypt.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Follow communication scripts while handling different customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives
- Upsell Vodafone products and services when opportunities arise
- Build long-term customer relationships by going the extra mile
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the call center database
- Attend training seminars regularly to improve knowledge and performance
- Meet both personal and team qualitative + quantitative targets

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree - Graduates only
- Excellent command of English language - speaking and writing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Strong commitment and dedication to customer service
Plus Points - Not Required But Advantage:
- Previous experience in customer care or call center
- Experience in mobile internet or ADSL technical support
- CCNA certification for technical account
