Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute all cash transactions accurately.
- Handle operational requests and customer inquiries related to their transactions.
- Verify customer information to ensure it matches the system records.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers at all times.
- Maintain an error-free service standard.
- Perform end-of-shift cash sub-safe reconciliation with the main vault custodian.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Customer Focus skills.
- Military service certificate. (Completed / Exempted)
